IMPORTANT NOTE: Please ensure that you choose the correct size for your replacement watch strap prior to ordering. This can be established simply by measuring the distance (in millimeters) between the lugs of your watch. This width will be the size of the watch strap you should order.     High quality, stainless steel spring bar removal tool. Makes light work of fitting and removing spring bars from either closed or open lug watches without scratching the case.

    Use of the tool is very straightforward providing that the user applies a reasonable amount of care and patience for replacement watch straps so not to damage either the watch case or the tool.

    Open lug watches

    For open lug watches where you can see a pinhole on the exterior of the watch case

    • when removing the watch strap - push the pin tip of the removal tool in to this hole to pop out the spring bar.
    • When replacing the strap - connect the bar to the strap, push the bar down in to the hole on the watch case before carefully using the fork end of the tool to compress and manoeuvre the spring bar down and lock it in to position.

    Closed lug watches

    For closed lug watches where you can only see a pin hole on the interior of the watch case

    • when removing the watch strap - carefully use the fork end of the tool to compress the spring bar whilst also applying a light levering action to remove each spring bar.
    • When replacing the strap - connect the bar to the strap, push the bar down in to the hole on the watch case before carefully using the fork end of the tool to compress and manoeuvre the spring bar down and lock it in to position.

    Both the fork tip and fine pin tip can easily be unscrewed and replaced if required.
